We are a small country church that was started in 1962 in the community of Baxter, just south of the Pueblo Airport at the corner of 30 1/2 Lane and Barnett Road. We believe that the Bible is the inspired, inerrant Word of God, the final authority for all matters of faith, practice and every subject it addresses. Our Worship services are semi-informal, using hymns and some choruses to lift up and magnify the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, our Savior. The messages on Sunday morning are verse by verse exposition of the Scriptures. On Sunday and Wednesday evening our studies are topical. Our church is a family of very caring people.
We now have a full size outdoor basketball court available for community use.
Hebrews 11:30 (NIV)

“‘Do not use dishonest standards when measuring length, weight or quantity. Use honest scales and honest weights, an honest ephah and an honest hin. I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of Egypt.
